I grew up in Atlanta (my parents are still there) and some of my most magical memories are at the Fox Theatre. When I’m home for Christmas, I still love to go. The Atlanta Ballet performs The Nutcracker there every year — just beautiful!

I love the old vintage movie houses. We have a Fox Theater in Detroit…beautiful 1920s-vintage theater that mostly hosts live shows. The details in these places are amazing, aren’t they?

I just love old theatres. They are disappearing so quickly nowadays. I love live theatre, film theatre all theatre! My favorite memories are going to the old Capitol Theatre downtown Toronto to watch the latest summer blockbuster. Brass Railings, Tiered seating and big burgundy velvet drapes with a stage in front of the screen. It was so grand and beautiful. Unfortunately, condos are there now. Isn’t that the way of the 21st century.
