I’ve been to Seven Miles Beach too. It is beautiful! We didn’t do another excursion here either. We wanted to just relax and enjoy the beauty of this beach!

This is a great post and a reminder that sometimes when you’re traveling with kids the simplest things work best. I know that going swimming in the river tops every excursion I plan when we are staying in Vermont.

I’ve thought about doing a cruise just for variety but wonder if I can stick it on a boat. Looking at beaches like these makes me think twice about doing a cruise. It would be a good chance to do nothing. The kids do look like they’re having a fun time, and isn’t sand in the swimsuit part of going wild at the beach? I remember having half the beach in my swimsuit, a bit gritty but yes a lot of fun.
